The Gibraltar Port Authority and Petrospot, together with HM Government of Gibraltar, Gibraltar Maritime Administration and other local stakeholders have joined forces to create the inaugural Maritime Week Gibraltar, a major new biennial event.

 

In the event of a no deal Brexit, Government have published the following guidance for those who have existing domain name registrations under .eu or have an interest in registering a domain name under .eu.

The Royal Gibraltar Police has introduced Taser devices for its frontline armed police officers.

Government have announced that following changes to the Control of Traffic Regulations, the use of personal electric transporters such as electric scooters are now strictly prohibited on footpaths. These legislative changes have been published today and will take immediate effect.

Government and Gibraltar NASUWT, formerly the Gibraltar Teachers’ Association, note with satisfaction that a long-standing claim tabled by the union has been resolved. The particulars of the claim was based on a discrepancy between the salaries of First and Middle School teachers.
