Following the advice of the Director of Public Health and the Minister for Civil Contingencies, the Government has today said it will make an assessment this week of what posture will be able to be taken from the 1st of August.
The current advice is that the Government should not move to Rock Unlocked.
A further announcement on the posture for August will be made on Friday 31st July at 11:00am.
'It is likely that Gibraltar will remain in Phase 6 with certain modifications.'
In its social media update, Government explained that it continues to take advice on whether mask wearing should be made compulsory, at least in enclosed areas.
"The Government does not currently envisage a further lockdown and does not envisage difficulties at the frontier."

Tests are available to anyone with a GHA Health Card who is over 16 years of age at the walk in mobile testing centre. The schedule for the rest of the week is as follows:
Tuesday 28th July 8:00am to 12:00pm - The Caleta Hotel
Wednesday 29th July 8:00am to 12:30pm – Piazza
Thursday 30th July and Friday 31st July 7:30am to 12:30pm – Morrison’s Supermarket
Saturday 1st August 7:30am to 11:30am – Morrison’s Supermarket.
