There will be an open day at the Fit4Life Medical Centre in Ellesmere house, 25 City Mill Lane on 28thApril 2007. The event will start at 10.00a.m right through to 2:00pm.
As part of this health awareness day there will be talks and presentations on both conventional and complimentary medicine given by specialists and qualified practitioners.
Stands will be set up in the foyer of the building with information leaflets, CD's and manuals.
The complimentary medicine will include iridology, naturopathy, Reiki for mind, body and spirit, massage, hypnotherapy, acupuncture and various holistic therapies.
There will also be a presentation in the gym given by the massage therapists from the clinic that include holistic massage; massage therapy for slimming and Indian Head massage demonstrations.
Visiting specialists will be at the clinic from the USP Hospital Marbella and they will be available for the public to receive information throughout the day. These include:
Also available to the public throughout the day are FREE foot checks by a registered podiatrist, taster sessions, of osteopathy, physiotherapy, and massage, as well as FREE GLUCOSE testing and FREE BODY FAT ANALYSIS.
Charity tins will be placed around the clinic for the general public to make voluntary contributions which will then be donated to the GBC Open Day and R.I.C.C. Also available at the event; a lucky dip and face painting for the younger members of the family to enjoy with all the proceeds also going to the chosen charities.
