PICARDO CALLS WINK CONCERNED ABOUT INJURED OFFICERS

The Leader of the Opposition, Fabian Picardo, has called the Commissioner of Police, Louis Wink, to express his concern for the RGP officers who were involved in the incident at sea last night.

Fabian Picardo said: “Whilst the events surrounding the incident are not yet clear, what is known is that three of our officers have been injured in the execution of their duties and that is something that will concern the whole community.  Like everyone else, I await information on what has actually occurred; and I am sure the whole of our community will join me in expressing best wishes for the recovery for the injured officers.”
