Independent MP Marlene Hassan Nahon launches political movement ‘Together Gibraltar’, describing it as a civic platform that will allow citizens to make their voices heard.

“This is a movement by the People, for the People, so its values and policies will reflect the will of those who wish to take part” explains a video published on the Together Gibraltar Facebook page today.

Marlene, together with her activists, feel Gibraltar is too polarised by partisan clashes and that many people do not feel represented by the parties that exist today, and as the video continues to explain “nor do they agree with tribal style of activism.”

“We need a platform free from partisan pressures where all Gibraltarians can express themselves freely”

The video ends by encouraging people to take part in a movement that will redefine social and political activism in Gibraltar.
