Day 3 of the Games saw four of our athletes in action. John Paul Balloqui, Matt Savitz and Elijah Cruz in the pool, taking part in the early morning heats, and Abdullah Ahammed on the track during the afternoon.

It was another sparkling performance for Matt Savitz in the 100m Butterfly recording a time of 55.82 seconds, a new National Record. John Paul Balloqui also gave a solid performance taking 2 seconds off his personal best, coming home in 1.00.98. Elijah Cruz swam the 200 Backstroke and again he excelled, knocking 4 seconds off his personal best, clocking 2.25.92.

In the afternoon the attention turned to the track with Abdullah Ahammed taking part in heat 2 of the 800m, crossing the line in 2minutes and 02.96 seconds.
