The University Educators for Sustainable Development (UE4SD) has brought together 55 partners in 33 countries during its three year duration. The main aim of the project is to change University education so that it can prepare students, regardless of course or specialization, to understand and apply global responsibility.

Professor Daniella Tilbury (Vice-Chancellor of the University of Gibraltar), is the International Director for this initiative that attracted 600,000 euros of funding from the European Commission.

The final project conference will take place at the University of Gibraltar on the 27th and 28th June and will welcome approximately high profile, international key note speakers such as:

Prof Fernando Galván - President of the CRUE Sustainability Commission & Rector of the Universidad de Alcalá
