A recent gathering of five sisters and five brothers to celebrate Nora’s 60th Birthday was transformed by this family clan into an opportunity to support a very worthy cause. Their chosen charity was Clubhouse Gibraltar who are providing an excellent service in empowering individuals who have experienced mental illness to recover and develop to their full potential.
Instead of birthday presents family and friends were asked to make donations to this chosen charity. The birthday celebrations were held at a private party in Waterfront Restaurant full of love, fun, laughs and dancing. An impressive family gathering, where many of the family had travelled from abroad especially for the occasion. All attending were asked to wear funny hats and there was an impressive array of all shapes and sizes which added to the party’s unique and jovial atmosphere.
The party was enjoyed by all and the amount of donations collected was an astounding £1740.
