The children at St. Joseph’s First School Nurseries had a great time on Friday re-enacting the story of ‘We’re going on a Bear Hunt’.
When the story was read to them they were encouraged to join in with the repeated refrains and perform the corresponding actions. Afterwards the Nursery staff set out a very exciting Bear Hunt trail for the children to follow in the school park. The children really loved the suspense and it was certainly a very enjoyable and worthwhile learning activity!
