A group of workers from the Gibraltar Youth Service recently took part in a training day at their premises. The workshop was based on assertiveness and delivered by Rock Learning.
Throughout the day the participants were given the opportunity to explore different areas of self-confidence and assertiveness with the view of developing their skills and learning on how to become more self-assured when dealing with Youth Work situations. The workshop took the form of group work and a variety of role play scenarios.
